Clients come in three groups:-

PAST CLIENTS  –  depending on how long you have been in business, between 50 and 80% of the clients in your data base (if you even keep an active client data base  –  CRM),  no longer come to you, and are actually an untapped GOLD MINE if you re-market yourself to them based on past experiences. Don’t just focus on getting new clients; look at the ones you have already had. You’d be surprised how many past clients cannot even remember why they stopped coming to you in the first place, but many will respond to an INVITATION from you TODAY.

CURRENT CLIENTS are your money-in-the-bank clients and are the easiest to sell new products and services to, provided you have not STOPPED SELLING TO THEM. The reason clients become loyal in the first place is that they TRUST YOU. To a large extent, that TRUST is the result of correct consultation and professional recommendations.  When asked which qualities clients look for in stylists, the most frequently quoted “I never have to ask my stylist for ways in which to improve my hair”. Giving your clients the BEST hair they can have is why GOD made you a hairstylist!  

FUTURE CLIENTS.  You first have to believe in the “UNIVERSE OF CLIENTS” and that there is an abundance of clients available to you.
